Listen

  • Be fully engaged and focused
  • Avoid distractions
  • Don't interrupt
  • Use casual phrases
  • Paraphrase what's said
  • Listen and learn, following the conversation and clarifying briefly as needed.

 

 

Coaches are masterful listeners.
