Introduction to Christian Leadership Coaching

Course Objectives

As you are sitting in front of your computer getting started, you've noticed, we're sure, that you're alone and that no one is in the training room sitting next to you. Because we want this to be a rich learning experience, we want to share some thoughts on how to get the most out of the training. First, as you go through the following pages, we encourage you to click every button and actively participate in all the exercises as if one of us were right there with you.

Throughout the course you will find exercises to help you practice what you're learning and activities to help you internalize the information.

If you were learning this in a traditional training room, you would be doing the exercises with partners in real time.  Since we're in a virtual training setting, we encourage you to take the time to practice the concepts and to be aware of what is occurring in yourself and with others.  You'll be asked to log your responses.  At the end of the course, we'll be reviewing your responses.  Feel free to write down any questions you have that you want answered.

Click Here to download the Response Document . You’ll need to save this Word document on your computer and record your responses to questions throughout this on-line course.
