Coachability Index for Coaching Church Leaders

Just about any organization can benefit from coaching. However, it is not for all organizations. The following questions can be used to help determine if a congregation is coachable:

10 - 20 Not coachable right now

21 -30 Coachable, but ground rules should be put in place and honored!

31 - 40 Coachable

41 - 50 Very coachable, ask the coach to demand alot from the congregation!
