Introduction to Christian Leadership Coaching Coaching Context Coaching can take place in many kinds of relationships and can be either formal or informal. Formal coaching relationships – short or long term Informal coaching relationships – as a part of brief conversations Language for “the person being coached”– what to call this person: client, partner, coachee, pbc (person being coached), etc. Coaching conversations as distinct from pastoring conversations – being aware of and staying in the role of coach. Throughout this Virtual Class, you will be given various “homework” assignments. For each assignment, record your responses in the Response Document you downloaded to your hard drive. You'll need to save this document each time you add a response to it.. You must submit this document at least two weeks prior to participating in the On-site Foundations class in order complete this course.
